Romulus Central School District is committed to helping employees prepare for retirement. As an eligible employee, you have the opportunity to participate in the District's 403(b) retirement savings plan through voluntary payroll deductions.

How Do I Participate?
You may enroll in the District's 403(b) plan by completing and submitting a Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) online through The OMNI Group at:

Paper SRA forms are also available on the OMNI website and may be submitted directly to The OMNI Group by mail or fax using the contact information provided on the form.
How Much Can I Contribute?
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) establishes annual contribution limits for 403(b) retirement plans. Eligible employees may contribute up to the applicable IRS annual limit through payroll deductions. Employees who are age 50 or older, or who qualify under the IRS 15-year service catch-up provision, may be eligible to contribute additional amounts.

I Already Participate. How Do I Make Changes?
If you are currently contributing to the District's 403(b) plan and wish to change your contribution amount or investment provider, simply complete and submit a new Salary Reduction Agreement through The OMNI Group.
What If I Do Not Wish to Participate?
Participation in the District's 403(b) plan is voluntary. If you choose not to participate at this time, you may submit a Salary Reduction Agreement indicating that you do not wish to participate. You may elect to enroll at a later date by submitting a new Salary Reduction Agreement.
