Enrollment and Registration

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All new registration will be completed online.  Please click the button below. 

Please gather the following information before you start your registration as the system will timeout for delayed responses. (there is a place to attach a picture or copy online):
  • Proof of child’s age (birth certificate, passport, medical card, certificate of baptism, or other acceptable proof of age)
  • Proof of residency (lease/deed, a rental contract, utility bill, a letter from landlord, a letter from the person you are living with, other)
  • Proof of custody or guardianship (if applicable)
  • Immunization/physical records (Most Recent)

** Please note registration is NOT complete until all materials are turned in.  

You will be asked for the following information, so it will be helpful to have it on hand:
  •  Additional/Emergency Contacts-name, phone numbers and email address
  •  Last school attended- name, address, phone number, fax number and email address of the
  •  registrar or main office.
  • Your child’s doctor-name and phone number
  • Your child’s dentist-name and phone number

Out of District Resident Information (policy and application):

Please note:  First time applicants must have submitted a complete application packet, including the requested school records prior to completing online registration.  
 
All out of district residents must complete an application yearly.  Applications and tuition payments can be mailed to the school or dropped off.  Please address all materials to the attention of:

Have you moved?  Please update your address and provide proof of residency.  Acceptable proof includes: 
  • Mortgage or closing statement
  • Deed
  • Lease (must include all pages with current dates and signatures)
  • Landlord Statement
  • Pay Stub with current address 
  • Income tax form
  • Utility or other bills
  • Military Orders
  • DSS Declaration
  • Documents issued by federal, state or local agencies
  • Voter registration documents
