We are pleased to announce that Romulus has qualified for free breakfast and lunch through certification in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP).  All students in the district, regardless of income, are allowed one full breakfast and one full lunch per day under the certification.  

No further action is required on your behalf to participate. However, the district encourages families to complete the CEP form to help secure future grants and fund for the school meal program.  

 

 

Healthy Classroom Celebrations

The Romulus Central School District’s Wellness Policy is aligned with the federal nutrition standards for in-school celebrations. We are committed to ensuring food during the school day supports healthy eating, allowing students to have options that are included in the USDA Smart Snacks in Schools.

Students learn what they live—so let’s help them learn to enjoy healthy choices by creating supportive and health-focused classroom environments!
